In 2016, my family moved to Texas from Georgia for my husband's job. I have been in public education for 18 years teaching PreK, First, Third, Fourth and Fifth grades. I have a bachelor's degree from Shorter University, a master's degree from Berry College, and a specialist's degree in Teacher Leadership from Nova Southeastern University. I am married to my husband, Jeff, and we have two children. I am also blessed with a precious granddaughter, Allie, who has brought so much joy into our lives. In my free time, I love spending time with my family, reading, and playing Pickleball.
