I am so excited to have your child in my class this year. I have had the pleasure of teaching kindergarten at Madeley Ranch Elementary since the day we opened. I grew up in Montgomery County, and have been teaching in Montgomery I.S.D. since 2005. I have taught kindergarten and first grade, and am a firm believer that a child's experience during their first year of school can help shape the rest of their school career. My goal is for your child to leave my class with a love for learning and confidence that they can overcome challenges and achieve anything they set their mind to.
I graduated from Texas A&M University in 1990 with a Bachelor of Science in Curriculum and Instruction, and married my high school and college sweetheart Ronald Liston. We moved to Montgomery in 1993, because we had heard about this amazing school district. Both of our children attended school in Montgomery and graduated from Montgomery High School. One in 2011 and the other in 2014. They are both graduates of Texas A & M University.
